In Person/Virtual Workout of the Day

Effective April 30, all indoor fitness and recreation facilities will be closed for all in-person fitness, including by-appointment and one-on-one or household-based training. Virtual and outdoor fitness programs will continue as scheduled, following provincewide restrictions and safety measures.

Reserve your 30-minute spot for an in-person, one-on-one coached workout with one of our highly certified trainers. The workout and the trainer will change each day to showcase our variety of trainers and workout styles. WODs are appropriate for all fitness levels and are first-come, first-served.

Schedules will be released weekly and will open for reservations on the Friday before. Reservations are live and will close every day at 7 a.m. for that day.
