Coached training sessions including interval, tempo and hill workouts. Participants must be able to run 30 minutes continuous. All speeds and levels welcome - all participants must fill out a waiver prior to participation. ❄️ When temperatures get too cold for outdoors, class will be moved indoors. Treadmills will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reserve your treadmill by getting a tag from the Welcome Desk.
