Group Swim Lessons

Learning Swim to Survive®️ skills and achieving the Lifesaving Society’s Swim to Survive®️ Standard are key foundations of the Swim for Life®️ Program. Swim for Life®️ is accessible, flexible, success-oriented and fun.

Parent & Tot

Lessons for children 4 months to 3 years and ‘within arms reach’ of their parents.


Five levels for ages 3-5, from getting in the water up to front and back crawl.


Six levels for school-aged children, from floats up to initial endurance workouts.

Canadian Swim Patrol

Canadian Swim Patrol Program- Rookie/ Ranger/ Star patrol. Learn lifesaving, first aid skills, plus refining strokes.


These adult lessons, including female only classes, provide opportunities for beginners, those who have a fear of water, or swimmers looking to develop water confidence, and stroke improvement.


In summer, families focus on vacation, fun and getting as much sun as they can. To accommodate this, our summer lessons for youth are only one-week long, and tailored to swim ability and not age.
