• Personal training and fitness assessments must be paid for prior to booking.
• Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel a session without giving proper notice.
• Personal training and fitness assessments expire one-year from the date of purchase.

• All withdrawn/cancelled memberships are refunded a pro-rated amount of the payment from the date of withdrawal.
• All cancellation/withdrawal requests must be received either in person or by email.
• Please provide your full name, member number, address, phone number and birthdate to ensure we cancel the correct membership.
• Please provide the reason for your cancellation.
• Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.

• All passes are non-refundable and do not include parking.

• Patrons may transfer from one program to another, granted space is available in the requested program, with the consent of the programmer. Price differences are the responsibility of the patron.

• A full refund will be issued if MacEwan University Sport and Wellness must cancel a program due low enrollment, limited instructor availability, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any pending program cancellations at least 3 days in advance of the program start date.

• If you have registered for a course or membership with Sport and Wellness since 2016, you already have an account. To create a password, go here here and enter the email address on your Sport and Wellness account. An email with a link to create a password will be sent within 5 minutes (note: the link in the email expires after 20 minutes).
• If you are new to Sport and Wellness, or haven’t registered since 2016, please Register for a new account.

Login > My Account > Change Password.

Keeping your account up to date is very important. To change details such as your address, phone number and e-mail address: Login > My Account > Edit Account Details & Edit Registrant Details.

After several login attempts using an incorrect Login ID and/or PIN, your account will automatically lock for 24 hours. You will be allowed to try again the next day with the correct login information or you can call the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 (option 2) to unlock your account and get your login information.

Because registrations are done on your personal account, you can only register yourself or other members of your family group.

All late registrations must be done over the phone or in person (as allowed).

If your child is not in the right age group for a course, you will not be able to register them online. If your child is close in age, call our Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 (option 2) to see if the program supervisor will provide authorization for your child to register in the course. If approved, the registration must be done over the phone or in person.

When a course is full but has an open waitlist, the WAITLIST button will appear in place of the ADD button. Just clicking the waitlist button does not put you on the waitlist – you must continue all the way through the checkout process. You will not be charged for waitlisted spots. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email and need to reply within 48 hours. If you are contacted, you may then choose whether you still want to register in the program. No charges will be placed against your account until you are registered.

To withdraw from a course or to transfer to another course, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 (option 2).

If the ADD button does not show when you View Details, the course is either not yet available for registration or registration has closed. Please check back or contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 (option 2).

• If there is a credit on your account, you will be asked at Checkout if you wish to apply the credit to your purchase.
• To pay an outstanding balance, Logon then click on your name and choose 'My Outstanding Invoices' from the dropdown menu then Pay Now.

You must have a valid membership at the beginning of the course to be eligible for member pricing.

If you are a MacEwan University student who has been assessed the Sport and Wellness (S&W) fee, ensure you are choosing the student course codes (as marked online or in our Guide). If you have selected this code and are still not able to register, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 (option 2) and our staff will be happy to check into your account.
