Fitness Value-Added Classes

Value-Added (Drop-in) Classes are FREE for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership (including students enrolled in 6+ eligible credits).

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. If you have booked a class and are no longer able to attend please contact us 24 hours ahead. To cancel please call the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300.

If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are included with paid access: $10 adults & alumni, $7.50 for youth (12-17), older adult (55+) and post secondary students, and $6.50 for MacEwan University Employees. MacEwan University students enrolled in 6 or more credits/term and assessed the Sport and Wellness fee ($84/term) are members.

All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. Each class has a maximum number of participants so access is first come first served. Those who reserve in advance are given priority. MacEwan University Sport and Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low participation.
