Drop-in Classes

Value-Added (Drop-in) Classes are FREE for those who have a MacEwan University Sport and Wellness membership (including students enrolled in 6+ eligible credits). If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, it is $10 to reserve online (regular drop in rates apply in person).

All classes are taught by certified instructors who are trained to provide different levels of intensity to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. MacEwan University Sport and Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low participation.
