Older Adult Functional for Life

Train to stay independent by building muscular strength and endurance through functional movements. Location: Meet at Sport and Wellness Lawn - 108 Street and 105 Avenue. These workouts are predominantly bodyweight, we will have some small equipment on hand, but we encourage you to bring your own (i.e. yoga mat, small weights) to the class. Cancellations: These classes are subject to change/cancellation due to inclement weather, participation demand, and COVID-19 regulation changes.
