Keeping your account up to date is very important. To change details such as your address, phone number and e-mail address: Login > My Account > Edit Account Details & Edit Registrant Details.
After several login attempts using an incorrect Login ID and/or PIN, your account will automatically lock for 24 hours. You will be allowed to try again the next day with the correct login information or you can call the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 to unlock your account and get your login information.
Because registrations are done on your personal account, you can only register yourself or other members of your family group.
All late registrations must be done over the phone or in person (as allowed).
If your child is not in the right age group for a course, you will not be able to register them online. If your child is close in age, call our Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 to see if the program supervisor will provide authorization for your child to register in the course. If approved, the registration must be done over the phone or in person.
When a course is full but has an open waitlist, the WAITLIST button will appear in place of the ADD button. Just clicking the waitlist button does not put you on the waitlist – you must continue all the way through the checkout process. You will not be charged for waitlisted spots. If a spot becomes available, a Welcome Desk staff member will contact the first person on the waitlist to see if they want the spot. If you are contacted, you may then choose whether you still want to register in the program. No charges will be placed against your account until you are registered.
To withdraw from a course or to transfer to another course, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300.
If the ADD button does not show when you View Details, the course is either not yet available for registration or registration has closed. Please check back or contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300.
Account credits/balances owing will automatically be applied to the balance of your online registration. If you have a balance owing, this amount must be paid along with your course registration fees. Outstanding account balances can be paid online.
You must have a valid membership at the beginning of the course to be eligible for member pricing.
If you are a MacEwan University student who has been assessed the Sport and Wellness (S&W) fee, ensure you are choosing the student course codes (as marked online or in our Guide). If you have selected this code and are still not able to register, please contact the Welcome Desk at 780-497-5300 and our staff will be happy to check into your account.
