HIIT Cardio/Core

Bodyweight workout focusing on getting your blood pumping and sweat pouring, combined with targeted core movements. Location: Meet at Grass Bowl - 107 Street and 104 Avenue. These workouts are predominantly bodyweight, we will have some small equipment on hand, but we encourage you to bring your own (i.e. yoga mat, small weights) to the class. Cancellations: These classes are subject to change/cancellation due to inclement weather, participation demand, and COVID-19 regulation changes.
